Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping applies to commercial addresses only, and typically requires a minimum order of 500 sq ft.
How does delivery work?
Orders ship via freight/pallet. For residential addresses, the truck drops the pallet curbside using a liftgate — the driver usually calls ahead to schedule a window. You’re responsible for moving it from the curb into your home or garage.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes — pickup is available at our Varnville, SC location on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
How long does shipping take?
Samples typically ship within one day in-state and within one week nationwide. Full flooring orders usually ship in about 3–7 business days after confirmation, depending on freight scheduling and destination.
Ordering & Products
Can I get a sample before I order?
Yes — samples are available so you can confirm color and quality before committing to a full order. Order up to 5 styles for $25 from any product page.
What if the product I want doesn’t have enough stock for my project?
We’re often able to source additional material to complete your order — reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
Do you sell discontinued or overstock flooring — will I be able to get more of the same product later?
Since we specialize in discontinued and overstock flooring, availability is limited and won’t always be restocked. It’s worth ordering enough to complete your project the first time.
Do your prices include installation?
No. Our prices are for materials only. We don’t install flooring — contact us if you need a referral or help planning your order around install.
Payment & Trust
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Payment goes through a secure Shopify checkout, the same as any major retailer.
What if I’m not comfortable ordering online?
You’re welcome to call or contact us directly with any questions before, during, or after placing your order.
Do you offer bulk or contractor pricing?
Yes — we work with contractors and builders on volume orders. Contact us for volume pricing.
Sales Tax
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address.
